I would go as far as to say Janna has been nerfed more than any other character in the game.

The difference between the two is Janna's utility continues to remain relevant throughout the match, despite number nerfs.
When Sona lost her persistent auras, she lost a ton of utility. Her heal now is almost non-existent in lane, unless she happens to max it before Q. Other than her ult, the reason to pick Sona over most other supports is for her poke.
I would argue Lulu had been nerfed harder than Janna over the years.
Also, I highly doubt you've played more than 10,000 matches, and are you claiming all those are with Janna? I started in season 1 as well and I don't think I have that many matches.
