#Can Soraka get the removal back with her ult back?
Keep in mind these things were always there before back in season 4 and stuff.
It was removed from soraka around the same time grevous wounds was changed to self healing..
You riot.. created the monster of Soraka that everyone hates..
#I know, Soraka is annoying...
but this will totally kill her completely while 
is a thing every ADC can easily get...
#Im not asking for her W to get it.. JUST HER ULT and that thing has a longish cooldown..
Soraka depends heavily on her heals, she doesn't do ANY DAMAGE.... and once this goes through she will never be picked unless her ult has this removal simply because she will be countered soo hard by this one item..
Currently on PBE..
Grievous Wounds Now reduces ALL healing by 40% instead of just self healing.
