boxes bug?
"You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions." I get this after every game. I am not sure if it is a bug or just means you don't get it if you lose a game.
P.S. my account is cursed....

Could you elaborate on what is happening? Maybe a screenshot or something else of the sort.
Here's the screen shot, it says it in the chat.
This means that you have recently received a chat restriction or a temporary suspension on your account, causing you to be ineligible to earn key fragments/chests from games. You need to play for a period of time and show Riot that you have "reformed" your behavior enough to start earning the loot. It's not a fixed period of time, though, it's different from player to player. Just keep on playing with sportsmanlike behavior and you will eventually be eligible to earn loot.
