Are we going to ever see an Ezreal 
buff that means something? He is nearly unplayable in any game mode. The only way he is mediocre is if he has 4 hard cc tanks on his team. I have heard several ideas to make him viable, here are a few:
Lock-on W effect (similar to old Urgot): If you land a W, your Q will auto lock on. %Armor Down: W would lower a % of armor of first enemy hit Make Lethality work on Ez: Just as said.
What do you think will help Ezreal meta again?
I don't know about those ideas specifically, but Ezreal really needs to have his numbers looked at
It's kinda hard balancing ezreal, since he is the safest adc in the game and can damage from 1000 units away(around there I don't know the numbers)
ez is great except he does no damage. Ive even played against one whom went 6 and 0 by 10 min was awesome. Guess what happened when everyone got a second item , he was completly worthless. I am fairly sure that,that game he ended up with a negative kda. I dont think that his kit is an issue. It feels like his itemization is where he is hurting. I cant find a item other than triforce that feels good on him. He cant kill any tank with more than one item and even botrk doesnt seem to help nor armor pen. Ez used to be one of my favs but he really is utter trash right now, no reason to pick him.
It's mainly because of his Passive. When you have a what 3 second CD on Q there is no need to really auto attack so they can't take the effect of the passive autos. Maybe give him a Crit passive or something would help him.
Ezreal already is great.
