I was wondering if practice tool was out and if so how do I access it. I tried looking on training but I wasn't there. I need to work on my Vayne mechanics

It'll be released on NA next week from the last info we got.

It is not out yet, and is only on PBE for right now.

Well, I was just looking and apparently it's live on the Oceania servers right now, so we might get it here soon (I hope!)
