Oracles idea

I've always wondered why Oracle's grants you vision of the established area but does not grant vision of bushes within the range of it's affect? To me this would improve the function of Oracles and allow for a better countering of wards and the hated Teemo shrooms. I feel like this could be an interesting change which could be implemented into Season 4.
