Vacation time! But I leave on August 4 and get back on August 11...

So, I recently went on vacation to Utah and had a great time going around to all of the national parks there (Zion, Arches, Bryce), but I missed the free GP skin by ONE DAY! SERIOUSLY RITO! I CANT EVEN BUY THAT SKIN NOW! Don't make it like Warwick's Urf skin where you could get it once, but if you missed it, you were screwed. It's like Rito wants this to happen. They give a relatively short time for an event that only happens once forever. Like At least two weeks, not 6 days. Even just a "HEY! You missed an event because you went to visit your grandma who is in critical condition at the hospital on the other side of the country. But, since you obviously havn't played during the event and you had no chance to get the rewards, you can get them for this one day." Unless it was with some new game mode, that would be so easy to do, and Rito would get a lot less posts like this. By the way, everyone who played with GP before he "died" but after the rework technically used this skin, so shouldn't it just be free with the champion? I dunno, but I WANT THAT SKIN BECAUSE MF IS A HORRIBLE CHAMPION AND HOW COULD SHE KILL THE KING OF PIRATES??? HE HAS ORANGES FOR DAYZ THAT KEEP HIM FROM DYING!!!!!! SHE HAS TWO TINY PISTOLS!!! GP HAS COMMAND OVER AN ENTIRE PIRATE SHIP THAT SOMEHOW SHOOTS ITS CANNONS DIRECTILY ONTO SUMMONERS RIFT!!!!
