So hex tech crafting is great and i was super excited when they began discussing it. But now that its here, All i have received in the last 4 chest where champion shards. But the thing is i own all the champions, I heard they were doing something special for summoners that own all the champions. Did they decide not to anymore or am i just having terrible luck?
FrumpBiscuit1 votesIt's Riot, they promise a lot of things they never end up doing. 30 chests, 26 champs and only 4 skins. Also own all the champs. Friend did 30 chests got hextech annie, 6 gemstones, and like a crapton of good skins but only 4 champs. How does that make any sense??
ZombiePanda1 votesI dont know but honestly if you own all the champs you should at least not be able to get champion shards. Well it sucks that its like this but at least i know im not the only one
