Why are pbe queue times so long, when my friend cant get in?

You guys should replace accounts if they haven't been played on for 2 weeks on pbe. I know its a bit harsh, but they queue times are really adding up. This comes on a day a new champ comes out also. Like what the crap? My friend also can't get in even though this is happening. I know u guys talked about cycles and stuff, but this is really annoying, i can't play any of the new pbe patches
