What's the best replay system that doesn't lag?

I've had some really good moments in League and I want a replay system, but I can't find any of them that don't lag. Does anyone know which ones don't lag.

How do you mean it's lagging? Replays are very small files and recording them should have basically no impact on your PC's performance that causes lag of any kind.

Anyway, I use BaronReplays. The website is bland but the program itself is well done.
