Project Jacket Update?

I bought the special Project jacket in August and Ive never heard from Riot again after the invoice confirming my order in August. They said the expected delivery was in October but it's halfway through November and I haven't gotten a single email or anything since 3 months ago. Can we get an update on when you guys will be delivering?

Ya nothing has been updated not quite sure what is happening but hopefully someone can help us.

Supposedly hurricane Matthew delayed things, but they should give us a new approximate delivery date.
