More IP for Level 30.

I was watching Melonie Mac's twitch the other day, and I noticed that after every game that she played, she only got 80-100+ IP. I think since she was level 30, like her XP would be converted into IP or something. I mean at level 30, you really have nothing else to do, but learn a champion(s) good enough for ranked. They shouldn't be earning the same amount IP as a level 2.
