Beware that you must have the skin you want the chroma for. So, if you want DalmationPanda thing, you need to buy the Panda first, so you can buy the Dalmation one. Looks fair to me. Better then having to buy a lot of chests and count with look, after you spent RP. I guess the sales starts at 25th.

Just to be clear, the new Teemo bunny chroma will not be part of the ip sale. It will be available for rp though, as the other new ones will be. Only the old chromas will be available for ip. I believe it starts on the 25th.
