Fix Brand, or dashes please.

Basically, enemies with dash are dashing through my Q. Which SHOULD stun them but it doesn't, at all. I don't even think it damages them.

So I'm wasting MY resources for resourceless champs to counter the living shit out of me when they shouldn't at all. It's bad enough being an immobile mage, and having mobility be king already.

But for my one way to shut them down is being evaded because of mobility that SHOULDN'T be making my Q go through them is kind of a kick in the dick.

Probably why nobody even plays Brand anymore.
