Personal score affect ranked win/loss

Come on. It can't be that hard. You give us an individual grade. You pool everyone together and call it a ranked structure when in fact its a lottery of who you get on your team. Why is 90% of the community stuck in bronze? Cause thats how lotteries work. You have the complete dumbasses that luck into getting 4 decent players (you know these as the few games you actually win), and you get stuck on teams where no matter what lane you win or how much you help the team they fail at even breathing. So many times players on my team, even if we win, need to lose points and get placed in a ranking they belong in instead of holding others back constantly when you get them and their r%%%%%ed cousin on your team.

Regardless, same shit happens in every ladder, those that dont belong need to lose more points and those that lose due to those bastards need to not lose as many points

Only 30%- of the community is in Bronze.

Thats laughable, between bronze and silver its about 90%. Regardless, there are many stuck there that don't belong there. And the screwed up point system where 1 pissed off player can feed or whatever and you lose exactly the same number of points had the other team actually been better, or if you have an afk or two, still lose same points, cut that shit out. If a player afk, make him lose majority of the points. Its the same repeat offenders game after game if you check their history. Fix the point system so they all end up playing each other and there be 10 total afks on the battlefield. Not keep lettting them go along yoyo'ing back and forth because they are piggybacking on decent teammates and not feeding as much as normal.
