New Player Experience...

So i'm playing on my lvl 11 account and the last game i played our olaf never connected and lucian flamed cassiopeia the entire game instead of encouraging that person to do better and giving tips. I knew lucian was using a smurf account just the way he was acting like a complete ass. He was calling Cassiopeia bad ,but he was dying just as much as she was, never in lane, nor csing. But he had the time to talk bad about cassiopeia just because he got a few kills that we manage to get while in lane. I get mad to when we lose or when someone is feeding, but not when I'm playing against people who actually just started playing the game. I know what to expect when I'm playing at that lvl so i just try my best to encourage people and give what tips i can. But that lucian actually pissed me off doing that. I didn't say anything negative didn't want to because like someone recently.
