More champs to rush Statikk Shiv?

I always loved that item. When you don't have it, the avarice blade lets you get some extra little gold. Or zeal gives you decent stats until the full item.

The wave clear looks cool and you just walk around and auto to charge it up. This is a reason why I liked playing Yasuo when he was free. The item can be rushed. Not so much on most other champs i think...

So what other champs could this work on? Ashe?
