4 man bot

What's the best way to convince your team to 4 man bot before the other team? I've tried being super agro, winning CS, asking if the team wants to dragon (usually gets them in the vicinity of bot), pinging for help, and asking nicely in chat. If you try too many of these then the players on your team think you're whiny, so you kind of have to try only one at a time. What works best for you?

Letting it happen naturally, but usually it comes down to 1) How is the mid laner doing and are they able to roam, 2) where is the enemy jungler, and 3) is top pushed or pushing? I tend to follow our jungler if bot lane is pushed in and I can afford to leave my lane after pushing it in. If you're doing fine by yourself down there, you don't need me, let me farm or see if I can give top a helping hand.
