Graves is...?

Has anybody taken him seriously since the rework? I haven't seen any of the pro players pick him at all during Allstars. He makes so much more sense now being a short range burst champ. Really, the only thing that bothers me is his Q when it explodes makes a T shape which seems a little weird but in practice suits his playstyle well. The other would be that his bullet icons under his hps might be a little bit too large. Otherwise, I love it. I feel like he is a different breed of adc that I hope catches on because I love it.
