Legacy Teemo Skin

Hey, I was wondering why you reworked the Recon Teemo skin if you're not going to have it up for availability since this is a Legacy Skin. Also I was wondering if you will ever open it up for availability again.

they usually have a bunch of legacy skins come back around Black Friday. that and i know we had one recently but i dont think it had that Teemo Skin available!
