Ineligible to earn loot?

I recently was put under a chat restriction for saying a few negative things in a game i was not pleased with. Since the new hextech crafting has came out, i am unable to receive loot crates due to my recent behavior. "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions." Any clue on how long this ineligibility will be? Will it be permanently?
