Reguarding the ranking system (S,A,B,C,D)

I know it can be hard to get an S+ because the game compares you to all the other players in your region who played that champ... But how was this not an S+

I know. I wish there was a database somebody has been keeping somewhere to track what stat lines were given S rankings, so you could compare your stats here to theirs and see what to improve upon.
My frustration with the grading system isn't that I don't get some ranking I thought I earned....its that I have no clue what I should be doing that would have earned a higher rank.
ive legit gone with a better score than that, guess my score.. A+. i always check my damage and objectives always on CHECK and nop, super hard to get S+, even getting an S is getting hard.
