Does an actual human decide who gets suspended?

Ok, so I just got reported by some premades for nothing, could I get suspended for that?

Typically, no. False reports are disregarded, and the person who made them may have less weight with their reports in the future. You only get punished if you are getting reported in a high percentage of your games, and/or many recent ones, and the reports have to be verified by the system.

Also important to note is that premade multiple reports to not stack. Only 1 report is needed in a match, and 5 people reporting you holds no more worth than 1.

It is completly automated and any talks of the "tribunal" are bullocks

The system idetifies the report and then looks through the chat logs for any toxic behavior. If nothing, then the report is voided. But if they find a lot of toxcity in one game, then they can ban you for how high the toxcity is. Usually the ban will only occur if it is really bad toxic behavior, but they look at a range of games to see if this is reoccurring behavior.
