PBE Players

Just wondering, one of my friends recently got a chat ban on the PBE and that got me thinking; if there are a lot of people wanting to join the PBE why not just instantly ban those with small bans? As there is a lot of people waiting, and those people could be more positive than the one they replaced. It could be a filter, and there could be a warning upon joining that a regular chat ban punishment would be a permanent ban on the PBE. Just wondering this as there could be many positive players waiting to join when there's a lot of negative players that already have joined. My question is also applied to other bannable acts like leaving the game regularly and trolling. They might've been nice to get into the PBE but also there are websites where people could buy accounts so it would filter that out too. Thanks for the reply in advance! Thanks, Killyr
