Trolls!!!!!

I just got off a 2 week ban. Admittedly I had been toxic, and I no longer type in chat unless it's "drag 1 min" or something.

I play bot lane, and I am silver 5 (I suck). I played 4 games tonight, and went 1-3 with 2 of the losses having troll supports. 1 was Leona, announced they were trolling and built 4 dorans rings over the course of the game. The other was a lux who just fed everywhere, and said in chat they were trolling.

My problem is that while Riot seems to want to punish people for curse words, these types of people are ruining the game. If someone curses, you can mute them. If someone trolls, you have to spend a half hour with this person, you absolutely cannot let your anger show in the game, AND you lose. This is ridiculous, and there has to be a way to instaban trolls after 1 troll game.

My suggestion is that Riot monitor a small amount of games. This way, there is a chance that said troll will be instabanned directly after the game. They should announce this in post game chat, so that the other players can feel some sense of justice. Another way would be to encourage people to send support tickets about trolls, then review cases. If someone false reports, ban them instead. As far as manpower is concerned, maybe have those who have earned enough honor points monitor games for skins or rp. I don't know how feasible this is, but I think it's an idea worth addressing.

I really enjoy this game, win or lose, when everyone is trying. Unfortunately, this is enough for me to consider quitting altogether. These trolls absolutely ruin the game, I believe it to be far worse than cursing in chat. Please monitor games, you only have to monitor a small amount; the threat of getting instabanned will be enough to deter these trolls from ruining a game for 4 other people.
