I lost because I got an "Error check your firewall" message

So I got that message right before loading and then it took me like 5 minutes to try to connect and when I got in,it was 5 minutes into the game. How do I fix this problem from happening again

Next time this happens, open your launcher, click repair and then close it as soon as it starts.. Should fix it.
