Mana/Minion HP/HUD Bug

Every other game or so, I have bugs regarding the mana bar, HUD, and minion HP. As you can see in the link, the mana bar is a strange color, the minion hp bar is hard to see, and my HUD is blurry and its impossible to see my exp bar in the HUD. Any help is appreciated
