pls. i keep getting banned in this situation. cuz u know 1 report does nothing while 4 reports result in immediate action. EVEN if you only said "fuck" because you misclicked and died. you can just use a cussword in the game just as a remark. and if you happen to do bad you get flamed by the team and mute them. boom u still get reported cuz u know tha feels of these toxic trolls who have to put u down when u already down, and because you happend to say "fuck wrong masteries" guess what "tribunal" gonna pick up on that f word and ban you for it.

yes i know u dont get banned foir just one occurence. but literally about 8/10 games in silver elo have toxic players that i have to mute. i cuss a lot its just how i talk. not to flame anyone. not to put anyone down call them the n word nothing like that. but i stlll get banned. pls riot. why

The report system builds cases based on the number of reported games rather than raw reports. Which means that - for any particular game - 9 reports are worth no more than 1. This is done specifically to prevent the type of abuse you're concerned about.

Cursing is not considered punishable - which is something I'm particularly glad of, since I curse in every match I play, and if it were punishable, I'd at least have had a chat restriction by now. The words themselves are not of concern - the way they are used, however, can be.

oh even more fun. im starting to think it's just a money thing.

once you've played the game long enough that you've been trolled enough you finally say some things out of line and generate enough reports to receive a ban, you've already become attached to the game to the point where one lil ban isn't gonna stop you. you'll keep playing anyway and giving riot money.

i really can't see any other reason riot would treat their players soooo very poorly over simply using some cuss words. they ban you like you use hacks or something like that. i really can't think of any other company that punishes their players over stupid childish flame wars. it really really makes me sick.

i mean obviously i have talked my bit of trash to get the bans ive received, but i did learn from them.yet no matter how i try. i can not avoid a ban.

the more you play this game the more likely you will get trolled. everyone has bad games. feeding and getting told to kill yourself (or worse) is inevitable. after enough times you cant help but say something back. oh but soon as you do those 4 people that raged at you for feeding the leblanc will all report you and gg bye bye account for 14 days all because you pissed off some kids in a normal by just dying whlie trying to learna new champ. GG riot. but guess what i will still play because im already that attached to the game. holy hell what a cycle this is starting to become....

What to do when you can't pass promotions because of OP Jinx supports throwing your team on tilt?

Literally have had many promotions in silver, and behaviors like this continue to happen over and over. Resulting in leaving me exactly where I belong. Because this was my fault.

As a long time league player (four years?) and lurker of forum posts, I've seen a lot of complaints about the chat system.

I can tell you that as a player, I had to play without the chat. When I decided to make the climb from silver to gold in season 4 I had enough looking at chat and made adjustments. In your main splash screen (before you play a game) you have a settings button. An option is to enable a chat filter. Real helpful if people like to call you out or people always talk shit on your team. The next step, which is pretty extreme, was to mute all players that game so I could concentrate on purely CSing. This was back when I played Udyr, Irelia, and Nasus top and asked my jungler not to gank. This made me a ton better at laning and got me further. Another benefit was it was like a one way mirror; I saw no one, but everyone could see me, I could still communicate if need be.

I've played some games where i died 2 times and got no kills and my entire team was flaming on me saying that i was feeding when they all had 15 deaths with negative kds
