TIL that attack speed slows are considered "Impared Movement"

This means that Talon's passive and Liandry's DOT interact with the attack speed slowing aura from Frozen Heart. That's... cool? I guess? Maybe it would change my build path when using Liandry's, or when there's a Talon on my team.
