Questions Concerning the PBE Applications

First off, I am in no way complaining. This is just a few questions concerning signups for the PBE.

1. How long should I be expecting to wait for my application to be accepted? I've been checking the page for a **year **now, but all it says is _ Application Received_ .

2. Is there any way for me to refresh my application. If so, would it help?

3. Has anyone been waiting for as long as me?

I've been playing League of Legends for 4 years, and I haven't been chat restricted/banned/warned of anything. So I don't think experience or behavior is an issue.
