Can a Rioter join me for my thousandth win?

I would really like a Rioter to come and play with me for my thousandth normal win. I started playing back when Jinx first came out around Oct. 31, 2013. Despite all of the rage and struggle, I find now that I really enjoy the game, even the toughest games or most annoying characters. Thank you for making the game how it is, forever changing. :D
