Nocturne Passive

In a recent patch (I think it is this patch, 5.17) , Riot added a blink effect to the cooldown indicators on the new HUD whenever an ability has a lower cooldown with autoattacks (like Nocturne's and Shen's passives). For Nocturne, this indicator flashes for his Q, despite his passive having the reduced cooldown on AA effect.
