About the new Orianna skin

I have been waiting for a new orianna skin since I descovered how great that champ is. Now you put the new skin in the patch notes, AND the champion skin list in-client. Yet it is still not available in store. I rushed all the way into town, to put money on a debit card, to buy RP, solely for the purpose of buying that skin. When are you going to stop blue-balling me, and release it for real?
