Client Crashed During Champ Select For Promos

Prince Ramen··1 votes·475 views

I'm currently trying to get to gold for the maokai skin and recently got into silver 1 promos. I had 1 win and 1 loss for that series. On my last game the client crashed when i clicked accept to join the game. When I logged back on I found that it counted the client crash as a loss and I loss my promos. Is there anything that can be done about this or do I just have to get back into promos?

THis happened to me in Season 4, you lose your promos, fortunately, this season has that "Free win" thing if you get back into promos again..
