Client Crashed During Champ Select For Promos

I'm currently trying to get to gold for the maokai skin and recently got into silver 1 promos. I had 1 win and 1 loss for that series. On my last game the client crashed when i clicked accept to join the game. When I logged back on I found that it counted the client crash as a loss and I loss my promos. Is there anything that can be done about this or do I just have to get back into promos?
