Victory screen freezes.

So far every game i have played just freezes when the victory/defeat animation happens. It occurs right before it so i dont see any part of the animation but i can still hear the sound. My mouse is still able to move but i have no option to continue. I have to shut down my pc since it wont let me leave the league window no matter what i do. Is anyone else having this freezing problem and have found a solution because it really sucks that i have to turn off my pc just to play another game.
