Is there a way to unbind mouse wheel?

I have the unfortunate life of a intellimouse 1.1a user (cs for life boys) where the mousewheel is broken to where it randomly goes off. It's not in the keybinds options, I was wondering if there was a file in the directory where i can go and disable it. Thanks!
