Keys
This has prolly already been answered somewhere, but, are keys like chests? One per champ per season or am I just having bad luck getting them?

Bad luck getting them.
They are purely RNG on every win.
That sux, it's been like 2 weeks and I've acquired one..../sigh...back to the rift.
Whenever you get a key, the drop rate for the next one is lowered, and this continues to happen every time you get one. The drop rate does reset approximately 30 days after you earn your first key at the original drop rate.
