Played a few matches with different champs and thus occurred...
Use skill (naut anchor throw for an example) it would land do the animation then everything just pauses for 1-2 secs...I double and tripple checked my MS and FPS and they're fine so I'm not getting any connection lag. Dunno if others are having thus problem or if it's just me.
ok so it's not just me...I've noticed this while playing brand.
It happened to me in the previous match. Not only did my skills gave me a lag but every other champion skill that came in contact to me as well. During the game when the enemy Lee Sin threw his Q, I had a split second lag that did not register an on hit sound. Only when the lag passed I found out that I died.

Yes, It's getting extremely annoying... It's even costed me some deaths.

I have been getting the same issue as well. As Lux I would often q and then for 1 second nothing happened, then i see a snare. This also cost me some team fights. Hopefully reports to riot shall get this bug fixed as it has never happened before.
