sigh this game just wants me to rage, and hate myself

its like i win 10 ranked games in a row, get into my promos to silver and get 4 people who are absolutely terrible at the game, dont give me hope then give me absolute shit people in my promos, just tell me straight up your not allowed to go to silver for what ever reason riot has against me instead of giving me a fair game.
