My gamer tag is Kefell. Last season I got to Gold 2 and never had a chat restriction. This season a few days in I received a random 22 game chat restriction. (I mean, people report me when I'm on a losing team all the time, but that doesn't mean I'm bad...) I digress. So provisionals placed me in Silver 1, and now that I can't communicate with my team in game, I lose games because these guys don't know how to group and stuff. Now I'm a rager. /ragequit

I have played the game for a total of 4 years and never have I been chat restricted, banned or received any kind of punishment.

Do I sometimes rage in-game? Yes.
Have I actually afk'ed intentionally on a few occasion? Yes.
Have I performed so mediocre sometimes I actually got reports sent my way for being bad? Yeah.
Have I been banned at all? Nah.

The system is not perfect, true. But if you actually received a 22 game chat restriction you have to know that, it really isn't as random as you so claim it is.

And can't you just waste the chat ban in norms?
