New Smite OP (Tryndamere)

The new smite updates are glitching through Tryndamere's ultimate. I was in a game as Tryndamere, and the enemy jungler was Master Yi. With my ultimate active, Master Yi was able to kill me with his smite damage several times throughout the game. To reproduce, have an enemy jungler smite you while you are using your ultimate (obviously you have to have low enough health for the smite damage to kill you if the ultimate wasn't on).
