Im sure many of you have been playing league for many years and have already have all the runes you need own all the champions. yet you still have 100k IP witch you have nothing to do with. i think riot needs to come up with something so players that have over 100K IP can spend it on something.

i wish i had extra ip. been playing for 4 years and i'm still strapped for that.
