New breed of troll

There doesn't seem to be a "player behavior" forum anymore so I'll just put this here.

Has anyone else noticed the rise of a new type of troll recently? I haven't played ranked since january, just started up again, and I have been running into them non-stop.

Basically what they do is follow you around stealing your CS, and/or they come into your lane and just stand there giving your lane opponent a kill (and often times double-buffs). And repeating this over and over all game. And pinging the lane like they are ganking, then as soon as you all-in they stop and sit there laughing while you die alone thinking you were getting backup.

All the while typing in chat things like: "stop feeding, why aren't you farming, quit trolling", etc... Then the rest of the team isn't actually watching what they are doing, they just see your low score and start piling on, backing up the person that is actually trolling.

Almost every game I've seen them in they have targeted people that are in their promotional series. And the last game I was targeted in resulted in me being reported because my team bought into their act (I got the warning at the end of the match).

Has anyone else run into these people? Is there anything we can do to stop them? Reporting them seems pointless since nothing they do would show up in a tribunal case.

I'm getting fed up with this. Riot starts cracking down on the obvious trolls, so people just find a way to abuse the new system and continue to troll in new "creative" ways that are even worse than what was going on before.
