Is there any other punishment for queue dodging?

So, I only queue dodge if there is this kid that says'Jung or I troll' and he is last pick. After I queue dodge I get a 5 min ban but, is this the only punishment in you get for queue dodging in normal? Or can you get a 14 day ban? I know in ranked it can count as a loss.

In any non-Ranked queue, the only penalty for a dodge is the timer, though it can increase beyond 5 minutes for multiple dodges in a short time.

In Ranked, the penalty is the timer and a small LP penalty, which starts at (I think) 3 LP and can also increase for multiple dodges in a short time.
