Pretty much all I can do is hope to bleed his mana and hope I'm still healthy enough to engage. Play aggressively with shadow? He jumps on you and destroys you with burst damage. Play passively? Lose farm, still lose trade due to bleed damage. Level 6... Nightmare. Talon has lower cooldown ult. And if you ult first, you lose. If he ults first, you lose. Best case scenario, you kill each other.

Any tips on winning lane as zed?

Buy the insanely cheap pink ward. Ult him. Pink the ground while you're flying towards him. Congratulations, you just won.

item 2043 and summoner 3 are talon's 2 biggest counters that are available for every champ. When playing zed only use w defensively and you can outplay his burst. Also, if you dodge his w or ult hes loses most of his damage output and you can easily win the all-in.
