I saw this link a few days ago and I rly don't know what is API.I googled it but I'm still confused so hopefully you ppl can answer me this.I know it has to do something with programming.Thank you for your answers.
API = Application Programming Interface
Simply put, it enables developers to write applications to use Riot's data and to work with league of legends, without the developers having to write all the code themselves. It provides tools, algorithms and data to work with League of Legends.
