How to report someone if he is sending me free skin links?

So I played a game with and everything was normal.Then some guy sent me free skin link.I won't name the player because apparently that is against the rules and I just wanna know how do I report them?Should I go to Riot Support?If so which question type should I choose because none of them seem to be linked with this problem.I do have 2 screenshots of it.I will post the name and a screenshot if I am allowed by Riot to do it.Please tell me what to do,thanks.

Put it in a Support Ticket, don't put it on the boards.

report them and send in a support ticket to Riot detailing the interaction.

as well, send them the link they offered you.

after that, don't worry...just don't be a fool and click the links for 'free skins'

there's only 3 free skins available through Riot's different social media offerings.

Unchained Alistar, Riot Tristana and Dreadknight Garen.

those are the only free ones available I know of unless you have codes from riot event cards..like for the fistbump ward or the various riot themed skins.

There's no Report Player option, but if you use General or Feedback, it'll be forwarded to the right department.
