Just a question.. about afkers
What has riot done anything to prevent AFKers? And how much impact has the actions that riot taken done? Because I still get them all the time in my games.

They're working on it last I heard.
Essentially, just report them after the game. If they are punished you'll receive a notification now within 15 minutes after you report them.
Lyte did also mentioned of a system that could remake a game if the game starts with an AFK/Disconnected player. No idea when it will be done though.
