They should just take out chat completely in this game and use only pings.

This person got a 14 day ban for this on a Japanese server. This game is too toxic to even fix at this point so even small offences will get you banned.. On top of that too many Chinese or Vietnamese people playing and since its all in Japanese people don't even know what lane they are supposed to play. I really hope the take the Japanese server out or moving it to a different country. League of Legends is too difficult of a market for Japan.
