So I guess you all know I hate sated, and just removing it altogether is a little much...
I guess I didn't quite give anything in my fit of rage..
I really do hate sated, it's a item most sated jungle have stacked by midgame as a POWERSPIKE, HELL FIRE RAINING DOWN, Smiting the incompetence with thine face roll..
So we all know Devourer's stats..
+40% attack speed +30 on-hit magic damage Passive UNIQUE – DEVOURING: Takedowns grant Devourer stacks, increasing on-hit magic damage by +1.
If I was to remove Sated from the game...

(New) DEVOUR THE WORLD: Champion kills/assists count as takedowns, the magic damage of this item can_** Infinitely stack.**_ Why? This would perhaps be really good for 
Devourer nerfs, would kill her. It's rare for me to see a good kindred.. let alone.. any kindred...
So it doesn't stack on jungle monsters, it stacks on your kills/assists.. (Which you can get a lot of..) **This will promote ganking instead of farming jungle all game till sated. **
#This then shifts it... from a mid-game power spike item...** to a late game power house item.. **
I'm just spitballing an Idea. Idk if it would be like +1 stack.. or +2 stacks... +2 stacks may be pushing the levels of brokenness late game..
